1. Introduction

Welcome to Wrappy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Wrappy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password for your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Usage and Limitations

Our service provides access to AI models with various capabilities. Different subscription tiers offer different levels of access and usage limits:

• Free Plan: Limited to 50 messages per day with access to basic AI models only.
• Tier 1 - Advanced: Limited to 500 messages per day with access to premium AI models.
• Tier 2 - Unlimited: Unlimited messages with access to all AI models including early access to new models.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wrappy and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our AI models may generate content based on your inputs. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• You retain ownership of the content you create using our service.
• We reserve the right to use anonymized inputs to improve our AI models.

6. Billing and Cancellation

Payment for subscriptions is charged at the beginning of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Wrappy website or via email.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wrappy, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
