How do I change my display name or profile picture?

Currently, we use your Google profile information. You can update your name and profile picture in your Google account settings, and these changes will be reflected in Wrappai.

What are the different subscription tiers?

Wrappai offers three subscription tiers: Free (basic access with limited messages), Tier 1 ($9.99/month with premium access and more messages), and Tier 2 ($29.99/month with unlimited access to all models and messages).

How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

You can change your subscription at any time from your account settings. Go to 'Subscription' and select the plan you want to switch to. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer annual subscriptions?

Yes, we offer annual subscriptions with a 15% discount compared to monthly billing. You can select the annual option when subscribing or change to annual billing in your subscription settings.

What payment methods do you accept?

What happens if I reach my daily message limit?

If you reach your daily message limit, you won't be able to send new messages until the next day (based on UTC time). You can still view your chat history and access other features. Consider upgrading your plan if you frequently reach this limit.

Why is the AI response slow sometimes?

Response times can vary based on several factors including the complexity of your query, the length of the conversation history, the specific AI model being used, and current system load. Tier 1 and Tier 2 subscriptions generally receive priority processing for faster responses.

Can I export my chat data?

Yes, you can export your chat history in JSON or plain text format. Go to any chat and click the export button in the top-right menu, or export all chats from your account settings.

What browsers are supported?

Wrappy works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated to the latest version for the best experience.

Is my data secure?
